Jeff Miglicco — Faith. Leadership. Legacy

Entrepreneur, husband, and father of four, Jeff leads PureWay Compliance and champions safer, simpler sharps disposal—while modeling a standard of leadership rooted in faith, empathy, and disciplined execution

Opportunity Didn’t Knock,
So I Knocked on Doors

I didn’t choose sales—my empty pockets did.
Right out of high school, bills showed up before a diploma ever could, so I went to work.

I started door-to-door selling home security systems-more “no’s” than I could count, commission only, and if you didn’t sell, you didn’t eat. That grind taught me what classrooms rarely do: persistence, empathy, and grit.

Step by step, I moved from residential sales into B2B tech. By 24, with three kids depending on me, “good enough” wasn’t good enough. I learned to outwork excuses, lead with integrity, and keep knocking—until the right doors opened.

Small Starts, Big Lessons

Playing it safe felt risky for my family. The “sure thing” is usually the smallest thing—so I went all in.

First came Prestige Mobile Media. Small, messy, and scrappy—but mine.
Then PMM Delivery, a logistics company serving the energy sector.

Both were a masterclass in what not to do. I left with lessons that were worth more than the exits: focus, cash discipline, and taking care of people.

In 2013, I co-founded PureWay Compliance with a former client , aiming to bring empathy and innovation to an outdated space. We built a simpler, more affordable, more responsible way for small medical waste generators to stay compliant..

Today, PureWay supports 300,000+ locations nationwide and is my second 8-figure business built from scratch. The real win isn’t the number—it’s the trust we’ve earned and the impact we’ve made on the self-injection community. .

God Slowed Me Down,
To Speed Me Up

At PureWay, a sizable milestone was 2021 post covid , it became clear that what had built our success wouldn’t be enough to sustain it.

The systems, the hustle, my leadership style, it all had worked so far. But now it was becoming the ceiling.

And most of all, beneath the numbers, I could feel the kind of hollowness that no milestone can fill.

That’s when I knew I had to rebuild.

Not just the business, but the builder itself.

So I started over with new priorities. I intentionally put faith and family at the center, and let everything else fall into place around them.  I have always been a self-educator, but I have also met some amazing people along the way who contributed to amazing personal growth.

It was really uncomfortable to step back and rethink everything. But that’s when next level change really happened..

Now I’m on a mission to share that journey so other leaders can see it’s possible… PureWay is a 8-figure company quickly rounding the corner to 9-figures.

The journey now is achieving that scale without losing what’s really impactful, sacrificing what matters, and to leave a legacy built on integrity, not exhaustion.
